How do you sleep when you have period? That’s gorrible, bloods all over the bed. What should I do?

Call a priest. No way you should be bleeding like that! Jk. Use 2 pads and shorts or something. Unless you’re waking up every few hours to change a tampon it’s not good to keep them in like that

Have you tried the overnight pads with wings? Plus putting something under you like a pad or a sheet helps too.
