Is it just me??

I’ve been staying in Texas over a year now and I’m getting ready to move back home which is also where my bf/best friend lives he’s the love of my life and such a great man and i trust him we’re on the phone sun up to sun down,at work it doesn’t matter!! We tell each other everything but i sometimes get insecure because I’m here and he’s back home which i will be soon i have 3more months before i graduate medical school i don’t know if it’s just me being to insecure or me not being able to be in him arms right now😣#any suggestions??
