Female squirting yellow normal?

So I am completely embarrassed. My boyfriend and I had amazing sex today and when I orgasmed a lot of liquid came with it. This happened before and I assume it is female ejaculation but it always has a yellow tint to it and it stains my bfs sheets. I hate orgasming by penetration because of the wet stain I leave. I always empty my bladder before hand so idk why it looks like I peed on him. Is this normal?
