Low numbers on my 1st clomid cycle

I’m in my first cycle with clomid. I took 50mg cd 4-8 and had a cd11 u/s today. I have two 11mm follicles on the right, one 8mm follicle on the left, and my lining is only 3mm. Everything is moving so slowly. I’m so discouraged. I go back in a few days for another u/s to see how things are progressing and my RE might put me on estrogen if my lining is still too thin.

Has anyone else had such low numbers after clomid and still had success? I have a horrible feeling that this cycle doesn’t stand a chance.
