I absolutely love mine! We even bought the Chicco Nextfit convertible car seat. They really are the easiest seats to secure and are very sturdy feeling. My husband also loved the high safety ratings they both had 😊

Everyone I know that has them loves them. I opted for the Chicco Fit2 because the base converts and the infant seat becomes a rear facing toddler seat that can be used up to 24 months.

This car seat is great. It's only a little more money to get the travel system. However you can't get the all weather boot with the travel system unless you pay a ton for one of the upgrades which also comes with a second base. I just got the system for $300 on Amazon and a skip hop brand cover for $25 instead of spending the $700 or so for the bigger package. The car seat is really great and compact and I love how easy the stroller is to collapse. That's what sold me on this system when I looked at all of the options in babies r us. You can continue to use the stroller after your baby outgrows the infant seat as well.

My neighbor has two of these and is very happy with them. It's the exact car seat she recommend that I put on my registry. 
My husband did research and the safety reviews for this car seat are very high.

We have the chicco travel system that has the keyfit30. Have not tried putting base in cars yet but will be working on that soon. Baby due March 17 but from research it was one of the highest rated I saw that was at the time not too expensive (cyber Monday deal was a good 115 off for the system)
