fiancé said he knows I’m pregnant

A little story behind this is we’ve been ttc and I’ve been ovulating

We had sex the day of my last period and then The next day my fertile window opened up

We’ve had sex 2 times after and I’ve had cramps

The first day they were hurting but not to the point of my period cramps

Then the next day it got dull pain left side

When I wiped for 2 days it was very light reddish/pink discharge (only when I wiped)

Waiting to take a test!
