Hi , I am 5 weeks pregnant and recently got my TSH tested at 4 weeks and it had increased to 3.3 from my pre pregnancy levels of 1 . I was taking half a pill of 75mcg before my pregnancy since last August when I was diagnosed with the condition. Doctor has advised me to take the full 75 mcg pill now .

I have had 2 miscarriages in the past , Last being in dec 2017. I fear my thyroid has a role to play in it .

I wonder if some one has been through such a thing and how long did it take for the levothyroxine to bring the TSH down ?
