Plus size bump, after plastic surgery

I lost 200 lbs and had a panniculectomy - just removes excess skin of which 15lbs was removed. As u can see I was not completely flat as it wasn’t a tummy tuck but WORLDS better then what I had left after massive weight loss. I had plastics done despite actively trying to get pregnant because no matter how much baby stretched me out, it will be nothing as bad as what I was left with after losing the weight.

Fast forward a couple years - and 30lbs heavier too - finally pregnant and here is my bump at 39 weeks. I was 260 when I found out i was pregnant and 290 now - which I think most of that went to my ass, unfortunately.
