Is Pregnancy tea safe?

I am 26 weeks along and just bought this tea called Traditional Medicinals organic pregnancy Tea. I was wondering if it's safe to drink? I have been craving tea for weeks and all the tea I had already, are not safe during pregnancy... help 😩🤔

Most warnings are only for 1st trimester. If you're past 16 weeks it should he fine. (Dr and pharmacist both told me this when I had a cold at 23 weeks and needed meds because I was so sick)

I came across that one and I think its meant for late pregnancy. If its the same one I'm thinking about it contains raspberry leaf which can cause contractions. I'm 6w6d and its a definite no for me
