Super conflicted, need advise please!!!!

So I went in for my anatomy scan today. I had a cerclage placed at 12 weeks and have been getting progesterone shots since 16weeks. Everything seemed to be going fine, but today at my scan they checked my cervix and apparently my cerclage has basically slipped off. It is still there but not doing anything to keep my cervix closed. My cervix is measuring great with no funneling or anything. My dilema is the doctor said I have two options continue as is with cervical measurements every week and hope my cervix continues to be as great as it has been. Or put in another cerclage and hope that this one actually holds. Both are risky and doing another cerclage carries the same risks as before(infection, bleeding, puncturing the water bad etc) but the added risk of having to remove my cerclage that is still in place now, and then having to place the new one deeper into the tissue in hopes that it will hold. Either way doctor put me in bedrest, but I don’t know what to do. Do I risk injuring or messing with my cervix that is great right now and get another cerclage or do I just wait it out and hope that my cervix continues to behave?

Quick back story; I’ve had two healthy pregnancies both delivered a few weeks early. Then I had an emergency cerclage placed with my last pregnancy because I was dialing and funneling at 22 weeks. Cerclage failed and punctured my water bag, I went into labor 5 days after cerclage placement. My baby girl lived for only two hrs. Doctors don’t think it was incompetent cervix necessarily but wanted to treat me for precautionary-reasons this time around in hopes to avoid any complications.
