Prolactin while breastfeeding

I was just wondering if anyone's experienced this before. My prolactin levels are in the 400s. I am currently breastfeeding and the regular elevation for 4 months pp is like 100 or lower. If someone has can you let me know. I had an MRI done and there was nothing there. I have a scheduled meeting with a neurologist on Thursday. Thanks
