I have been divorced for two years now. We separated almost two and a half years ago. Well when I left due to him cheating with minors. I had been paying all the bills thank got my landlord was decent and didn’t sue me when he quit paying rent. But here is how the divorce worked I gave him a car I paid for traded a car that I paid off on this car cause I didn’t want to fight this man had nothing to loose I had everything. Gave in the washer and dryer left him a brand new TV and PS3 brand new microwave just a bunch of stuff that I should’ve took I should’ve fought for. He canceled my dental insurance right before I had dental work done before our separation so I had $1000 bill there my mom paid for teeth for him paid for extractions and a partial plate which cost $3600. My mom put food in our house because he is money went wherever the hell it wanted to. Move the girlfriend in a week after I moved out she was knocked out before we even filed for divorce. Meet the man of my dreams April 2016 we get engaged July 2016 have a miscarriage in September 2016 had our babyIn July 2017. Well my divorce attorney calls me and says that my ex-husband is suing me for a $1900 bill. So I went through and I wrote out everything I gave him in my divorce mind you I paid $700 for an attorney so I can have the paperwork done correctly and I went through he cashed an insurance check for $600That was for one of my surgeries $1224 went to his federal student loans out of income taxes which was supposed to be my payment for the car and then I continue to pay the car even after separation and Insurence so my credit wouldn’t get screwed. Well he suing me for this $1900 plus the 637 that has been taken out of his checks and he can’t afford to feed his two kids and his wife. Well he has an apartment he has a car I’m sure they get food stamps I live with my mom my fiancé my son I drive my moms truck because I’m trying to catch up on medical bills from seven major surgeries in a year. But my attorney sends all the stuff that you know he owes me for and he comes back saying that we got $6000 back in taxes and that he never saw a dime of that he didn’t only for the car he my attorney never sent him a certified letter stating he owed me that money for the insurance check his attorney dropped it think God but I was ready to go to back to make his life a living hell because I’m done it’s been two years since we divorced 2 1/2 since I left himBut I didn’t realize he worked at a gas station by my in-laws that’s in the Ritz bits neighborhood and so he thinks I live down there and he thinks I’m made of money I’m guessing I paid for everything when we were together. Sorry it’s a jumbled rant I just needed to get it out
