Sick 3 week old

So my daughter caught a cold and went to the doc for it. Had an ear infection too. Anyways my husband and I also got it, now my 3 week old son has a stuffy nose, cough, and sneezing. So I’m assuming he has what we have. Everything I’ve read and been told say if there’s no fever you treat with keeping his nose clear and humidifier/steam showers. Any other suggestions? Am I wasting my time trying to get him an appointment? His little cough and stuffy nose sound terrible. Hate to drag him to docs just to be around more sick ppl but feel so bad for him. Hate this time of year.
