Can I take 600mg of ibuprofen for cramps??!

So I ran out of pain med last week and only have prescription ibuprofen of 600mg, and I have really bad cramps....can I take that???! Help!!!!

Yes... I was given 800mg ibuprofen after birth. It’s safe and it works!

I wouldn’t see why not? Most ibuprofen pills are 200mg (for one) so it would be like taking 3... I would just space it out.. don’t take another one for 4 hours...
