My SO have been together almost 9 years. we are high school sweethearts. we're both 25 years old. He likes sex a lot. but me not so much. I mean we do have sex.  but I don't know what's wrong with me. He always asked for a BJ but I really don't like it or even jacking him off. but I do like when he goes down on me which he loves to do. but I feel bad that I can't pleasure him. I just don't know what it is. so anyone else like this??

Your libido is different than his. It’s perfectly normal and it happens to people who have been together a long time because our libidos change over time. In a few years you may want it all the time and he may never want it. You both have to decide if the relationship is worth it even though your sex drives are mismatched.
