Lack of Movement at 19W

19.1 with my rainbow after a 14.3W miscarriage in mid August. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have an almost 2 year old. With her I didn't even feel movement until almost the 3rd trimester, so I wasn't expecting to feel anything for awhile still, but started feeling movement at 15W. But I still feel it so infrequent at 19W. Like I didn't feel anything over the past 4 days and was starting to get a bit worried but have felt a couple little jabs at work again this morning. I know it's fairly normal to not feel movement often still at this stage, but can someone please reassure me 😢 please
