Organic Facial Care Products for Pregnancy?

What is your favorite organic facial cleanser, toner, moisturizing cream and sunscreen cream?

Answer

For a cleanser I like Jojoba oil to remove makeup. I also like using a charcoal bar soap for cleansing, although usually I use a non-organic Korean cleanser that uses fermented ingredients (Sulwhasoo or AmorePacific cleansing foam). At least I don’t think they’re organic, but I could be wrong... they ARE safe for pregnancy, though. For a toner I use organic witch hazel. For a moisturizer I use organic Marula oil. And for sunscreen I use the Thinkbaby brand. I don’t think it’s organic, but it uses completely natural ingredients that have the highest safety rating on my EWG app for clean products. Thinkbaby works really well, doesn’t leave a horrible white film, and it smells incredible. I used it on my babymoon in Hawaii for a week and didn’t get burned, so it’s great stuff! I’ll be using it on my son in a couple of months after he turns 6 months.

I use NYR Organic. It’s fair trade, it’s organic, and it’s a carbon neutral company. They have baby stuff, too. Like for real- I was going to get Botox and now I don’t need to 😂 It’s amazing!

I use Humphry's witch hazel as a toner and Badger sunscreen. I make my facial  cleanser and moisturizer. There are tons of recipes on Pinterest so you can find the recipe that works best for your skin type and save SO MUCH money and know exactly what's in your products. I want to make sunscreen eventually too, but want to go through our stock first. Haha.
