Increasing milk supply?

I had a really good supply when I first had my sun but he's almost 3 months old now & my milk supply has gone down. Any advice on how to increase it? I'd like to store milk but I'm just making enough to feed him right now

Take fenugreek!

I feed on demand with my 5 month old. When I want to get milk storage I take 3 days and power pump 2x daily. I also drink 2-4 cups of mother's milk tea and/or eat lactation brownies or cookies. Works every time.

update! i started taking fenugreek and eating lactation cookies & drinking a ton of water and this morning at 4 am i pumped 4 1/2 oz from one side! yay!
