What do I do??

I have just had a laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy for suspected endemitriosis after trying for two years and 6 months on clomid. They had discovered I had endemitriosis in uterus and on pelvis. I have had it all removed and on the road to recovery. So my dilemma is they have told me I’ll be most fertile in next couple of months! However I’m getting married in November! What should I do? Try anyway. Or hold back a few months. I’m so worried it’s going to come back and we are going to be back to square one! Advice please ❤️
