She’s 17, and he’s 27. Please no comments about how he’s a creep and how he’s using her and how their maturity levels are different, I’ve heard enough said about their relationship. She turns 18 in early March. Is it illegal for them to just go out on a date somewhere? No kissing, no sex, no skin-to-skin contact, just eating out somewhere and nothing else. We live Florida btw and they plan to date-date once she’s 18.
