Help!

Okay so story time!

I’ve been on the pill faithfully for years now, and I was on my placebo week and had sex on the second to last pill with no condom. I took plan B like 12 hours later maybe. He just wanted to feel safe. Then I went to pick up my pills the next day, on the last day of my pack and it has been postponed for 3 days. So I didn’t get my new pack for 3 days. Because I took plan b, I should be okay right?! I’ve had awful bloating and a little nausea for 3 days now.. I’m just scared
