Help pls

I am currently 7weeks. I got an ultrasound at 6w1d and we found a heart beat of 104 and the baby measured 6w1d . Breast tenderness and nausea in the evening were my symptoms .. suddenly I don’t seem to be having both . I donno if it’s real or in my mind but I don’t feel them . I have little cramping since the start of my pregnancy .. it’s not so much now . No spotting or anything . Should I be worried ? Should I contact my ob ?
