TTC with small septum??

Question

Has anyone had trouble conceiving before having their septum removed? My old OB said mine was so tiny it shouldn’t affect anymore pregnancies (we lost one in 2016). We have been TTC for a year now & curious on others TTC journey with a septate uterus?? 
Did you conceive soon after having the surgery? 
I have decently regular cycles & we have sex at least 2-3x a week - often around ovulation. Besides losing weight this is my next step. 😐 
**I had a falling out with my old OB as she’s been rude to me every since my miscarriage & always cut me short. So also in progress of finding a new one**

I have what’s being called a bicornate uterus but they can’t tell if it’s that or a septate unless they cut my open. And I have had 2 miscarriages and 2 ectopics and was getting to the point that it was like what’s going on. And then for my ultrasound for my current pregnancy to determine placement the tech asked if anyone had ever told me I have a slight bicornate (it had come up as a hey we should do an empty uterus scan... that hasn’t happened). I am now 11.5w and go for my next ultrasound with the specialist in 2 days.

I wouldn't believe that. I had surgery for endometriosis and it was missed by my OB that I trust. He sent me to an RE after my second miscarriage and it turned out I had a very very small one that was causing recurrent pregnancy loss and my RE said it would have kept happening due to no blood supply.
