It hurts !!!!!!

Y’all I’m 30 weeks . I had the worse constipation my whole pregnancy. These last couple weeks been super hard for me to poop 😭. And it literally kills me when it’s time to wipe . I looked in the mirror recently and I saw extra skin , come to find out I may have hemorrhoids according to my mom ( she had it bad once ) . But like idk what can relieve me until my appointment tomorrow afternoon . It hurts and my ass literally feels like it’s on fire . I’m scared to go poop 😫😫😫😫
