Weight🙄
I’m super self conscious about my body and ever since the start of this school year I’ve gotten into parties, Which GREATLY increased my weight. I always begin to lose weight but I don’t think I ever had a real issue with my body until now. My shirts are tighter as well as my pants and I’m tired of feeling humongous! I am 5’4 and weigh around 186 pounds. I am planning to run every day/every other day for about 30 minutes, but will that help me shed weight? I mainly only drink water and now I am really only going to drink water. I eat lunch and dinner and maybe a snack between when I get out of school and dinner. Sometimes I may eat a granola bar for breakfast but I don’t really get too hungry. Also how do you read food labels and tell if something is good for you?? I never learned that lol and it would help so much. Also any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks.
