why do they say a late period is a sign of pregnancy? i thought it was just a missed period?

They just mean that if your period is late, it could be bc you are pregnant! So the idea is to test if you have a late period. If you are pregnant that “late” period will never come

...I don't think I am understanding this. they say a late period is a sign of pregnancy because your whole.bodies point is to build a linikng to hold a human in for 9 mos. So no period usually means for a regular cycle.a human has taken over yoir uterus
