I just got diagnosed with vaginismus a few weeks ago and am currently working with a physical therapist and using dialators at home. I am currently stuck on the small dialator as the x small goes in fine most days. I find it a journey each day and although I'm making progress I want to try the mosie syringe while I'm working on the dialators in case I no longer progress or get to the point of being able to have intercourse. Anyone use this or another form of self insemination while having vaginismus? I've seen many good reviews, just looking for personal experiences. Also anyone get stuck on a dialator for weeks or forever and been unsuccessful? Any experiences welcome!
