just need advice

so me and my boyfriend had sex on the 6th of Feb. and maybe about a week ago I've been feeling nauseated and fatigued and I think 2-3 days ago I spotted pinkish brownish stuff and also did today if I'm correct it's been almost 13 days after I "conceived" if pregnant i took a test today with my second pee of the day and thought it was negative but, I showed my sister and she said it looks like a very faint line. I've been so bloated foe the past 2 days also cramping I plan on testing tomorrow morning with a more expensive test to see if anything shows up but, does it sound possible I could be pregnant? help please
