Anxiety from roommate?

I have a roommate with BPD who is super passive aggressive and she never does any chores and leaves stuff laying around, doesn’t clean her own mess, and eats my food. She thinks I’m stealing her food but it’s stuff that I bought and remember buying. I sent a polite message saying to let me know or replace if they need to borrow food but Ive noticed stuff missing and she said the same thing but passive aggressive. There was an incident a couple months ago where she blew up over something small and started slamming things for like 20 minutes. I have anxiety even being home. I have anxiety and depression and I move out in a month but I’m still uncomfortable just being home.
