Migraine?

So about two weeks ago I got this terrible headache after getting hardly any sleep for two nights in a row (this is normal for me I have sleeping problems a lot). The day after the headache started I accidentally hit my head on a metal piece above my shower door (the top of the sliding glass door). I went to the doctors after about week and they ended up testing me for the flu and it was positive for flu type A. The doctor said it’s rare but that could be why my head is hurting so bad (I had no other flu symptoms). It’s been a week since the doctor visit and after taking the medicine I was told to for how long I was told to my head still goes on and off the same pain as from the original headache.

If anyone knows what could be wrong or has had the same problem that would be great to know. Thank you guys! 💓
