So am I pregnant? Help

Hey Everyone, this is my very first post and I’ve been looking everywhere for help. I’ve been really late on my period but I’ve always been irregular. Yesterday I noticed a very light tint of reddish/brown color in my cm. Then today I noticed my cm was dark brown and sticky like ewcm but not as thick. I have been cramping on and off, my breast have been hurting but nothing crazy and have been getting nauseous at certain things. So I just took a test to see if pregnancy could even be a possibility. I’m not gonna lie, I bought the cheap ones because I didn’t expect these results. I see a faint line but the box results say “probably pregnant” so the big question is: Am I pregnant? And are these symptoms and conditions normal? Thank you ladies in advance for the help😘
