I Miscarried!

Hey everyone I’m back, let me fill you guys in a little! So on January 23rd I had my first period from my 3 yr birth control ( nexplanon) in my arm. I got pregnant that day and made it all the way until 4 weeks, (yesterday) February 19th. My due date was suppose to be Oct 30th, Confirmed by a doctor I’m guessing it never attached to the uterus and I normally started my period/ miscarried around 6pm lastnight, I started bleeding from a light pink to a dark red. So my period will last for 4 days (28) day cycle. So here I am again, going to try again for a November/December baby hopefully!
