confused please help me!

I don't log my sex because we have sex like everyday so don't mind the missing hearts! so I'm sort of confused...my period was the beginning of the month the 1st-4th maybe even ended the 3rd. when we were out of town for a trip on the 10th I noticed one single drop of blood in my panties. Following that I got a faint positive last Friday. super faint. I'm having symptoms of sore boobs and nausea and being hungry all the time a lot with heart burn and back pain. someone tell me I'm not losing my mind. I just need to figure out what is going on with my body. I'm so moody and exhausted it's just confusing me! Any thoughts?
