How do I achieve an orgasm?

The only way I can orgasm is if I use my shower head and that’s it. I can’t finger myself and even a vibrater doesn’t work. Any time I try to finger myself it just feels like nothing. I can obviously feel my finger inside me but it just doesn’t feel good even if I do the come here motion and push really hard. I can’t even use my fingers to stimulate my clit. Anyone else have this or know what I could do? The shower head feels amazing but it’s getting kinda boring.
