Thoughts?

So my fiancé and I finally got approved for a house two weeks ago, and we moved in, and immediately I could tell something was different. Good different, and we start going at it like rabbits, and he’s constantly all over me now (I previously lived with my brother after a terrible break up and they constantly fought and he didn’t ever want to come over) anyways, we moved in right around when I started ovulating. So many many rounds later, and I should be expecting my period next week. But I noticed yesterday while I was Ubering, that one of the restaurants I had to pick up a delivery from and always made me sick, I’m talking so sick that I anticipated and sprayed perfume all over the sleeve of my hoodie to breath in instead, smelt the same but it didn’t smell bad it smelled good and I didn’t get nauseous. Early pregnancy sign maybe? Thoughts?
