A lot of bleeding after sex

Hi ladies. I am currently TTC and I had somewhat rough sex last night with my husband. Almost immediately afterwards I started bleeding quite a bit and I haven't stopped 6 hours later. I'm in no pain and I'm only on day 19 of my cycle. I have never had my period this early or even close to this early. It doesn't look like period blood, it's a very bright color. We have had sex a lot rougher than this and I didn't bleed at all. I'd try to get an appointment, but it takes 3 weeks to get into my OBGYN. I'm wondering if this is something concerning enough that I should try to see if I can beg for them to squeeze me in or go to a walk-in clinic? There's quite a bit of blood :(
