Hard pelvis
I have been constipated for 2 weeks now and I have a hard pelvic is just above my pubic bone can anyone tell me why this could be? Also I've tried senkot laxative and upping my fibre but I just can't pass stools I don't even feel like I need to pass any it's so confusing any help would be appreciated :)
