should i take a pregnancy test or not

I know this is silly. But according to this app I'm 5 days late. me and my boo only had sex on the 14th, and the 16th. We used condoms and he only came once, the other 2 times he pulled out even with the condom. He seen I was 5 days late, and he's paranoid that I'm pregnant. I keep trying to tell him I can't be because we used protection and I wasn't ovulating. am I right that I have nothing to worry about?
