Does anyone understand please?

So I have been to the gyne to confirm my pregnancy and he done a internal scan he said I am about 4-5 weeks and that everything looks fine and to go back in 3 weeks, to confirm dates and to check the pregnancy. I am in Spain so my paper work is in Spanish I translated it and it says no structure to embryo which makes me think that is a bad thing? It also says there is a gestational vitality. I really don't understand what any of this means and my boyfriend translates for me but I still don't get it, can anyone shed some light please, I also got a picture of the scan and it's like a little dark circle with a white ring around it.
