Hide an abortion?

I might be pregnant and if so I need to get an abortion cause pregnancy could kill me (medical reasons) 
And I can’t let my mom know or she won’t help pay for college or anything and wouldn’t let me even get an abortion. 
Would I be able to get my boyfriend to take me to get an abortion without my parents?
I’m almost 18 and he’s 20
Edit- I take birth control and we use a condom or pull out method. 
The reason it would kill me is cause my body couldn’t fully develop or protect me or the fetus from my own body so it would reject and kill us both

First take a test to make sure you are pregnant. If you are talk with your Dr or go into a Planned Parenthood. In most states in the US HIPPA protects your privacy even if you are under 18. Best of luck I hope you aren't pregnant so you don't have to go through all this. <3

Yes. If you live I USA , you can got planned parenthood. When I had mine, I went in at 7am got out at 12 (total time, procedure was around 11am) and went to work.

Planned Parenthood SHOULD be able to see you without a guardian, but different states have different rules. I would try them first.
