Hi everyone! I had my baby 3 weeks and 4 days ago, had to have an episiotomy to prevent a tear because my labour went too quickly. They stitched me up and within a couple days I found that my stitches had completely gone and was left with a gaping hole. A week after this happened I was readmitted to hospital and was found to have placenta left after so many complications and thinking that I had infection. When I went under for surgery to remove the left over placenta the surgeon also re stitched my episiotomy, this was 2 weeks ago and my stitches have all came out, leaving a half healed, half open wound, open on the side nearest my vagina, is this normal?
