Extra sensitive?

Question

I don't know if it's because it's my second pregnancy or if it's just that maybe my c section scar area is extra sensitive? I'm only 6 weeks pregnant with my second and I feel like I can feel "stretching" and like twinges almost like baby wiggles (which I know is impossible at this point). It's right under my scar, where my uterus would be I guess?
Anyone else? Is this a thing?

Your probably just feeling everything begin to stretch. I think I felt it in the beginning also. It was much worse at the end though for me because my son was head down and super low. It hurt to even just stand up. I felt like my stomach was going to rip open and he was going to fall out. the doctor said it was fine though, I was already on bedrest for other reasons. Hopefully it doesn't get like that for you.
