one year since my journey has started
Can’t believe it’s been a year already!!
I’m almost down 90 lbs yet feel like failure.
I’ve lost many many inches but still see the same person in the mirror. Ugh, I’m not sure how to get out of this mind set.
I know I’ve lost weight, I know I’ve come a long way but I need to find a way to get back my motivation! I do horrible in stressful situations and right now my life is a mess 🤷♀️..
Any ideas on meal prep or workouts or anything that would help me get excited about all this again?
