Braces

Anyone with braces?? How do you handle pain no painkiller helps me 😢and i can feel top braces when i slightly bite will that goway? And one last thing would you recommend essix clear retainer or hawley the metal one i want hawley retainer but my orthodotist said essix good but i had braces on top only before and had essix and i stopped wearing because it was too much and my teeth shifted now im back in braces anyways i want to get hawley 😢but stupid bitch she does what she wants im gnna tell her near when retainers off 😢
