Anyone ever had a Diaper Shower??

We really didn’t care to have a typical Baby Shower since we have a 20 month old boy and we will be adding another little boy in April. We have almost everything we already need for a boy, but man... diapers are CRUCIAL! My problem is I don’t know how to go about it. I’ve never been to one or anything. Do I throw it myself? Does someone else throw it for us? How does it typically work?? TIA!!

My husband is having a diaper party thrown for him. All the guys who come bring diapers.

My husbands friends he one for him. They bbq’d and each brought a box of diapers. We had about 12 boxes at the end of the shower.

My friend had a diaper raffle and for every pack of diapers you brought you get a ticket for a chance to win a gift card to a restaurant/store.

There are several ways I've heard of but I am personally doing an open house type thing after baby is born. This way it gives everyone a chance to see baby on my terms and just going to ask that ppl bring diapers vs a gift.

We did a baby shower/diaper party with out first and are doing the same this Saturday actually. We throw it ourselves and serve lunch. It’s coed and men usually bring diapers and women bring little things like lotion, soaps, clothes, wipes, etc. but if you’re only needing diapers just say it’s a diaper party and has everyone bring diapers. With my first we didn’t buy diapers until he was 6-8 months old we had so many. But we had a ton of people and we had beer so if you brought diapers you could get beer. It was an incentive for the guys lol. But it was really nice .
