Eyelash extensions?

So I’ve had lash extensions for about a month now and omg I love them they look so good and still very natural but lately they have really been bothering me and itching and I just miss rubbing my eye!! I’ve been considering getting them taken off but I feel like now I would look ugly and less feminine without them! Also I’ve booked a couple months in advance for fills and I would feel bad cancelling all of them!! So should I get them taken off or keep them? There are some pictures with and without them, first two pics with extensions and last two without!!
