Nipple cream recommendations? Lanolin? Or mothers love ?

I’ve been using lanisoh lanolin but have had multiple milk blend, 2 mastitis and one Nipple pore milk bubble hat I had to pop that bled 🙇🏽‍♀️. I’m looking to try a different balm/ cream and I know all these issues aren’t to blame on the cream and I have to be good about my latch but my 5 mo LO is so distracted and constantly pulling at my nips I need something to ease them and give some relief when they get cracked... has anyone tried organic mothers love Nipple cream ? Read mixed things and it’s pricey 🤭
