opinions and advice needed

so my son is almost 2 months old and has had troubles since birth with latching and feeding as well as gaining weight (he still wears newborn sized clothes) and ive been researching lip ties and think he might have one.. whats yalls opinions? its connected down to the ridge of his gums where his teeth will come in eventually. I'm taking him with to my next doctors appt as well to see what the doc says
