Has anyone had issues with their newborn not pooping? My baby did fine in the hospital and we came home last Thurs and when we got home she had to be changed. The rest of that day and Friday she had no BMs. Took her to the Dr on Sat for her check up after being discharged and they made her poop. But she had no more the rest of that day Sun or Mon. Took her to the Dr again yesterday because we went with another Pediatrician and wanted Hthem to see her. Dr made her poop there and then she pooped a bit after we got home but no more last night and none today. She also had an xray done yesterday to.make sure her tummy didn't have something wrong with it and blocking her. Luckily it came back ok. Nothing like hearing the words pediatric surgeon . Dr told us to put Mirolax in her bottle to soften stool so we started that last night. I just hate it for her. She's not fussy and she does pass gas but I just don't want more to be wrong with her. I had a csection so I can't drive if something were to happen. And she is bottlefed btw.
