ALMOST AT 39 WEEKS

Hi ladies FTM here I’m getting a bit of anxiety because I’m almost at the end but still haven’t dilation anything!! Doc said baby has till 41 weeks then I will be induce, is this normal? Has anybody been through this? Should I try softening my cervix ? Also I do bet BH only at night tho ....
